Catalog orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Fully customized orders may take 2-4 weeks, depending on how long the design phase takes. Because each piece is burned and assembled by hand, timing may vary slightly depending on order volume. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Are Scorched Gifts items handmade?

Every item from Scorched Gifts is burned by hand, making each piece unique. No two items are ever exactly the same.

Can I personalize my order?

Absolutely. Many of our products can be customized with names, phrases, or designs. If you have a special request, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

All orders are handcrafted and shipped from the United States. More specifically, Indiana.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. Contact the store and provide your order number to request a gift note to be included. This may delay shipping.
